I am the best at what I do in my department because of my desire to collaborate with teams and divisions to drive change in the company. My focus is on process improvement, and in order to effectively improve our operations, day to day input is needed from everyone. I think I am very good at gathering information and discussing changes with other departments and staff so that we can move forward together. Change can be very difficult, so by working with everyone, listening to their concerns, and finding ways to compromise we are able to make changes that all team members can get behind.

I don't think I have one specific moment like this in my short time with the company. Rather, I think what has been the greatest success for my team and me are the small changes and improvements we make every day to better serve the business and our clients. We are very good at listening to feedback from our customers and using that information to accomplish what our clients need, and to exceed their expectations in doing so. Our ability to remain client-focused at all times has lead to a lot of success and the development of new lines of business with each client.
