I think that I exemplify what we are after at Royal and that comes across in my role within the projects and technology department. I take to heart the partnership we extend to our customers and truly believe in delivering superior project management and innovative solutions. I own each and every one of Royal's key pillars not only because I believe in them, but that's just how I live my life.

The first thing that comes to mind is something that occurred prior to actually being a full-time employee of Royal, but it did occur on a Royal job. I was tasked with running some network cabling inside of a new Tide Cleaners. Some of the required drops were fairly high and being that I was traveling light, I had no way of getting to them. So, I did what any level-headed tech would do, and started climbing and riding conveyors and other machinery to get the job done. Probably not the safest of solutions, but certainly the most fun...and effective.
