As Logistics and Support Supervisor at Royal, I use my strengths to go above and beyond the assigned duties of the L&S department. My attention to detail helps facilitate customer-focused communication with Royal’s clients for top-notch customer service. I keep remote project managers connected to Royal HQ by checking in with them each morning, as well as sending them our digital newsletter each week. I want them to know they are part of the team, even if they do not have an office at Royal HQ.

Additionally, I facilitated an internal employee recognition program based on the employee of the month called “Service that Solves Ambassador” as well as a collaboration wall that promotes teamwork and interaction among departments.  I truly believe in working together in a positive work environment and do whatever I can to facilitate that.

Technology and innovation can be excellent attractors for clients. The pace of technology continues to accelerate, becoming available more quickly across industries. We need other elements that differentiate us from the competition.

At Royal Services we provide one point of contact for our customers for reports and communications. Our clients' information is time-sensitive, and accuracy is important. With the one point of contact, we strive to return calls and emails in a timely fashion.  

I provide the customer service between the client and Royal project managers. I send all inquiries from the client to their assigned project manager. I notify our client of all status updates about their service. I inform the client when their service will be scheduled, as well as inform them of any unexpected issues and completions. I also do weekly reporting to the client which allows the client to review all projects. 

Royal Services takes the time to courteously and effectively take care of our clients. We strive to deliver more than we promise and provide a positive connection by getting to know our clients.
